What is your return or exchange policy?
You may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date only if:
- The item received is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with tags and protective stickers intact.
- The item delivered does not match the product you originally ordered.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our provided address in order to be eligible for an exchange or resolution.
Exchanges on sale items or discounted products are only applicable if the received item does not match the order placed.
Please note: No return or refund will be entertained for change of mind or any reason other than those stated above.
How do I apply for a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at VavaGadgets@gmail.com along with your order details and the reason for the return.
Once approved by our customer support team, you will be guided to send the parcel to the address shared by our representative.
Please note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
When will my return be processed?
We aim to process approved exchanges within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
During peak or busy periods, processing time may take up to 14 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, in situations where an exchange or suitable solution is not possible, a refund may be considered.
All online payments made to Vava Gadgets are processed in PKR, therefore any approved refunds will be issued in PKR only.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the original payment method.
